Dentsu Aegis Network acquires leading social creative company Verawom in China

Dentsu Aegis Network today announces the acquisition of Verawom, one of China’s leading social creative companies. Verawom will become a company within Isobar, Dentsu Aegis Network’s global digital marketing agency. It will be part of Isobar China group and be referred to as “Verawom – Linked by Isobar.”

 Founded in 2009 and led by Founder and CEO Jack Wang, Verawom is a pioneer in social media marketing, providing end-to-end social media services to a diverse client base in China, including Shanghai Jahwa (China’s leading cosmetics manufacturer), FIAT, Abbott, Bacardi, Sisley, and Red Star Macalline (China’s largest furniture retail chain). The agency was recently awarded three Gold awards from the China Advertising Great Wall Awards and ROI Festival for their work on Liu Shen Florida Water. 

Jack Wang will continue as CEO of Verawom, reporting to Jane Linbaden, CEO of Isobar China group. He will be supported by Verawom’s three co-founders, Tiger Tu (Vice President), Piemeng Cai (Executive Creative Director), and Matt Zheng (Business Director).
