Drive the Development of the Mobile Marketing in China Jeffrey Ding and Lawrence Wan of Dentsu Aegis Network Elected MMA Chair

During the recent Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) China 2015 Membership Meeting and Election, Jeffrey Ding, CEO of OMP-Linked by Isobar, the digital brand under Dentsu Aegis Network, was elected Chair of MMA Market Research Committee. Lawrence Wan, Managing Director of Amnet China, Dentsu Aegis Network’s programmatic buying platform, was elected Vice Chair of MMA Mobile Advertising Standards Committee.

Especially in the Chinese market, with its unique mobile marketing ecosystem and huge scale, the continuous development and perfection of mobile marketing standards and rules by such an authoritative organization as MMA is crucial to the growth of the entire industry,” said KF Lee, Chairwoman of Dentsu Aegis Network China and former Co-Chair of MMA China. “As a founding member of MMA China, Dentsu Aegis Network has been devoting full efforts to the development of China’s mobile marketing. As for the election of Jeffrey Ding and Lawrence Wan to serve these two important positions at MMA, I believe they will collaborate with the entire committees and its member companies to fully utilize Dentsu Aegis Network’s mobile marketing concepts, technologies and expertise to help MMA drive the healthy development of mobile marketing environment inChina.”
As the China branch of Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), a global non-profit organization, MMA China strives to promote the development of China’s mobile marketing industry and formulate mobile advertising standards suitable for the Chinese market. Upon taking over as Chair of MMA China Market Research Committee, Ding will lead the committee to monitor the development scale and consumer behavior model of the mobile marketing market and understand the expectations of the mobile phone medium from brands and marketers. Lawrence will offer guidance and support to MMA Mobile Advertising Standards Committee in the development of mobile advertising measurement andmaterial standards.

During MMA China 2015 Membership Meeting and Election, a new Board of Directors was elected, including Steven Chang, Vice President of Tencent, and Derek Kwok, General Manager of Google of Greater China, both of whom were trusted with important positions.
