Frank is General Manager of Merkle China, responsible for overall business operations in the Greater China region. Before joining Merkle China, he served at different leadership positions in IBM, Bank of China, Citibank, Blue Cross Blue Shields, and Cap Gemini E&Y.
Frank has 20+ years of Organization Development, Management Consulting, and CRM Marketing experience in the US and APAC. Frank has in-depth understanding of Data Analytics, Cloud-based Marketing Platforms, Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM), and Performance Marketing.
Frank holds a MBA degree in Finance from Cornell University and a MS degree in Computer Science from University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
